Our CHHA Skills Lab

At our Saturday/Sunday CHHA skills lab in Turnersville, NJ, students will learn:

  • Safe assistance with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, etc.
  • Safe use of mobility equipment.
  • Collecting and reporting patient values: blood pressure, temperature, pulse, oximetry, etc.
  • Infection control techniques.

One Unit

  • Classes led by highly experienced registered nurses.
  • The student-to-teacher ratio is always 10 to 1 or better.
  • Application fee: $50.
  • Tuition: $449.
  • The New Jersey Board of Nursing will charge additional fees for taking the board exam. These fees are approximately $80.
  • Total hours of training: 76 hours.
    • Online training: 60 hours on your own schedule.
